Climate health and psychiatry elective selective
Independent climate study and working on public relations materials. I also spent time reviewing psychiatry diagnosis and treatments. Lastly, I spent two days working at the Sutter lakeside ED.
Curriculum and Career Development
I built upon prior work in Multi-cultural STEM Curriculum Development for use at Roseland Elementary, Medical Students at UMiami Miller School of Medicine, and future career planning with mentors.
Grant Writing and curriculum development for FFFM
I spent time during my elective time working alongside Mariah and Musetta in writing a grant to obtain funds for our various pipeline programs. In addition, I worked on curriculum and organization for the upcoming FFFM cohort year.
