Faculty Hiring

SRFMR is seeking faculty members to join our residency family! We are currently hiring for:
  • ​Adult Hospital Service Attending​
  • Core Faculty (with/without OB)
  • Musculoskeletal Curriculum Director

Applicants must be dedicated to serving vulnerable populations in our FQHC and teaching our 36 outstanding future family physicians to do the same. In additional to excellent clinical and teaching skills, we are seeking candidates with strong interest in engaging in our efforts to eliminate bias in medical care and medical education.

Teaching experience in preferred. Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Faculty responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • clinical supervisor 
  • direct outpatient care in our partner health center, Santa Rosa Community Health
  • evaluation and advising of residents
  • didactic presentations
  • active participating in DEIA efforts

Community Faculty

Are you a physician who has a passion for teaching? Interested in joining our pool of community faculty members? We would love to have you come aboard! We are seeking community faculty providers to precept our residents in their outpatient clinics at the Vista Family Health Center and inpatient shifts at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital.

While the residency retains core faculty to do the majority of the teaching and oversight of residents' clinical training, we have a long history of partnering with community Family Physicians who have a wide array of experience and styles to enhance the teaching of our residents.
