Apply to be an FFFM Scholar! We are excited to be merging the efforts of both Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency and Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency to leverage more opportunities for youth interested in becoming physicians here in Sonoma County. FFFM will be offering its 15th program year this Spring!
For the FFFM Spring 2026 program, we are partnering with the Career Technical Education (CTE) Foundation’s program “Path To Purpose” to be one of their internship sites. This offers students access to many more internship opportunities, not just FFFM. Students will need to apply through the Path to Purpose application to be considered for FFFM. If students are specifically interested in being considered for FFFM, please indicate in the cover letter/letter of interest your specific interest in FFFM and/or in the open-ended comment section at the end of the application.
