Linsey Golding, MD
Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Linsey was raised in Fallon, NV, a small town about an hour outside of Reno. While unsure of what she wanted to do after high school graduation, she enlisted in the Air Force as a radiologic technologist. Her service took her as far from home as possible, Washington, DC. There, she continued to develop her passion for medicine, particularly in women's health, as she moved from radiography to mammography.

Deciding she no longer felt fulfilled in her role, she separated from the military after five years of honorable service and completed her post-baccalaureate degree at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
Upon completion, Linsey's medical school journey returned her to her home state, where she developed a strong passion for health policy. Authoring eight pieces of federal and state policy, she aimed to improve healthcare for American Indian/Alaska Native and Latinx communities, including work related to radiation exposure compensation and folic acid fortification in corn masa products.
Through her own personal experiences in the foster system, exposure to those struggling with addiction, and her rural upbringing, she strives to combine her passions in women's health, addiction, and full-spectrum family medicine to help marginalized and rural communities.
In her free time, she enjoys solo traveling throughout the U.S. and abroad and has a crazy cocker spaniel named Luna (affectionately nicknamed Loony for the aforementioned reasons). She also maintains an active Goodreads account (though she never rates a book lower than a 3) and is a self-proclaimed Swiftie Easter egg decoder. She is excited for the excellent full-spectrum training in Santa Rosa, in addition to the incredible wineries, and is excited to escape the desert heat for some trees.
