Valerie Ebel, M.D.
Rush University Medical Center; Valerie’s love of people and their stories began as a child, growing up in a town of 900 on the Mississippi River. She majored in English and spent two years in Azerbaijan with the Peace Corps, where people’s lives and needs changed the course of her life and inspired her to become a physician. She is passionate about women’s health, empowering people to make their own healthy decisions, mindfulness in medicine, and a national health program. She loves yoga, running, live music, cooking and nutrition, the outdoors, visiting national parks, and her best Peace Corps souvenir, her fiance Josh.
